Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

At Arting Digital Private Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to accelerate the growth of our sales team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in IT sales, with a strong background in B2B sales, cold calling, lead generation, and international client handling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow business for B2B segments and establish rapport with potential clients.
  • Define and develop lead generation through various channels for new accounts and penetrate existing accounts.
  • Make outbound and inbound calls, deliver professional presentations, and understand the competitive landscape and market trends.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and technologies.
  • Manage and implement sales forecasting, planning, and buyer-driven sales and marketing processes.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to foster a culture of continuous process improvement.
  • Drive the successful implementation and adoption of sales and marketing automation platforms.
  • Analyze pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to sales and marketing teams, and monitor the quality of marketing and sales information.
  • Closing and managing enterprise-level clients with excellent presentation skills.

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT sales, with a strong background in B2B sales, cold calling, lead generation, and international client handling.
  • Experience in IT services, international markets, and team handling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
