Are you an expert in designing and implementing performance management systems that drive business growth? We are seeking a highly skilled Lead – Performance Management to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic performance management, with experience in developing and implementing Balanced Scorecard (BSC) frameworks. They will also have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage dual reporting and multiple business expectations.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating high-performing teams and driving business results through effective performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement end-to-end Performance Management Systems (PMS), aligning business and people performance with strategic goals.
  • Develop Balanced Scorecard (BSC) frameworks at organization, department, and individual levels.
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, annual, and mid-year review cycles, ensuring objectivity and consistency in performance evaluation.
  • Cascade goals from corporate to individual levels, setting and aligning Key Result Areas (KRAs)/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on BSC.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly Management Information System (MIS) reports on performance metrics, analyzing data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute.
  • Experience: 8–12 years in HR with a strong focus on Performance Management and Balanced Scorecard implementation.
  • Industry Preference: Electronics, Industrial Automation, Engineering, or Manufacturing.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in BSC, PMS modules of HRMS systems, Excel, analytics, and dashboard tools.

Behavioural Competencies: Strategic thinking, execution capability, strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, ability to manage dual reporting and multiple business expectations.
