Lead Frontend Developer

We are seeking an accomplished Frontend Architect to spearhead the development of cutting-edge web applications utilizing Angular, React, and modern frontend technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the architecture and development of high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly applications.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend teams to craft seamless user experiences.
  • Promote best practices for performance, scalability, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Manage state using Redux, NgRx, or similar tools.
  • Efficiently manage frontend build pipelines and deployment processes.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor frontend developers, and conduct code reviews.
  • Stay current with evolving frontend technologies and frameworks.
  • Establish design standards and enforce coding practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of frontend development experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Angular and React.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with state management (Redux, NgRx).
  • Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend integration.
  • Experience with frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine, Cypress).
  • Familiarity with analytics and user behavior tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
  • Exposure to backend technologies (basic understanding).
