Senior Engineering Leader Role

This is a senior engineering leadership position for a proactive and experienced professional who can manage diverse teams of engineers from different disciplines. The successful candidate will have 10+ years of engineering experience and proven leadership skills.

The key responsibilities of this role include owning delivery of product and project commitments, participating in product roadmap discussions, and driving project estimations and operations for implementing high-quality solution delivery and technology upgrades in the product.

  • Participating in product roadmap discussions and providing inputs in design, modelling, and architectural decisions
  • Driving project estimations and operations for implementing high-quality solution delivery and technology upgrades in the product

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and experience working with EVM, Android related technology, frontend technologies like EMV knowledge, Android POS development experience, mobile technologies like Android, and commonly used Databases like SQL, NoSQL.

The selected person will be responsible for mentoring the team members and preparing them for possible future roles. They will also be expected to build and develop the required competence in the team.

The following are the key qualifications and skills required for this position:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience working with EVM, Android related technology
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience working frontend technologies like EMV knowledge, Android POS development experience
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in mobile technologies like Android
  • Good understanding of commonly used Databases like SQL, NoSQL
