Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Frontend Support Specialist to join our team. As a skilled technical professional, you will be responsible for handling support tasks, resolving frontend issues, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize frontend-related support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality support delivery.
  • Provide hands-on support for issues related to HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and WordPress.
  • Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues efficiently, assisting team members with complex problems and providing technical guidance.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a small team of frontend support specialists, monitoring progress and providing performance feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to processes and quality standards, promoting a culture of excellence within the team.

Client Communication

  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and provide updates, ensuring customer satisfaction through clear, professional correspondence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
  • Proficiency in WordPress (themes & plugins).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability, with experience in prioritizing and managing multiple support tickets.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate teams, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a support or ticket-based environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Jira, or Zoho, and knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) is a plus.
