Key Roles and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing L2 production support for FCRM AML applications. This involves handling incidents, service requests, and problem management within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Monitor batches, jobs, and interfaces; perform environment validations to ensure seamless operations.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues using SQL/PLSQL, Unix/Linux scripting to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including L1, L3, and business units to maintain smooth operations and achieve mutual goals.
  • Support deployments, disaster recovery drills, and compliance processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

For this role, we are looking for candidates with 2–5 years of experience in application support, preferably in the banking or Anti-Money Laundering (AML) sector. Strong technical skills in SQL/PLSQL, Unix/Linux scripting, and familiarity with incident management tools are required.
