Are you a highly skilled performance testing specialist looking for a challenging role that requires your expertise in designing and executing performance and endurance test strategies? Do you have experience with tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, and Blazemeter?

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Performance Test Lead. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring our software systems perform optimally under various load conditions.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in system performance. You will also be expected to develop and implement performance and endurance test plans, strategies, and scripts.

We are looking for someone who is experienced in working with Agile teams and has excellent communication skills. If you are passionate about performance testing and want to work with a talented team, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute performance and endurance test strategies
  • Develop and implement performance and endurance test plans, strategies, and scripts
  • Execute load, stress, and endurance tests using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Blazemeter
  • Conduct exploratory testing for new features in Agile environments
Requirements:
  • Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, and Blazemeter
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in system performance
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with Agile teams
