Senior Technical Specialist Opportunity

Pursuing a career as a Senior Associate with expertise in D365 Technical is an excellent choice for those seeking to advance their skills and contribute to innovative solutions. As a key member of our advisory team, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide technical solutions to drive operational efficiency.

This position requires individuals who can work effectively with senior stakeholders, run high-intensity workshops, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years of relevant experience and certified on the latest product at desired levels. Additionally, proficiency in D365 Retail, FRD creation, and MS Dynamics finance operation module is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct requirement gathering and prepare technical design documents
  • Develop and implement strong knowledge in X functional extensions, forms, workflows, SSRS Reports, Dynamic AX Report, Crystal Reports, Data Reports, Alert, Notification, and integration using various connectors
  • Support the development of proposals and statement of work, including drafting estimation of effort and cost
  • Identify performance bottlenecks in large implementations and implement fixes
