Job Description

As a seasoned ESG Auditor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our suppliers meet the highest standards of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria. Your expertise will be invaluable in assessing supplier risks, conducting on-site and remote audits, and evaluating compliance with international standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics, sector-specific ESG risks, and audit methodologies. You will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare professional audit reports and engage stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive ESG audits of suppliers across various industries.
  • Evaluate suppliers' compliance with international ESG standards, including GRI, SASB, and ISO 14001/45001.
  • Perform risk-based assessments to identify ESG gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Review supplier documents, including policies, certifications, and ESG disclosures.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, ratings, and corrective action recommendations.
  • Support suppliers in building corrective action plans and monitor implementation progress.


Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Social Sciences, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in ESG auditing, sustainability consulting, or compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, including GRI, SASB, UNGC, and ISO standards.
  • Excellent analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or ESG audit platforms for data analysis and reporting.
