We are seeking an experienced Customer Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for resolving outstanding claims with US healthcare insurance companies.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. You will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise while making a real difference in the lives of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on pending claims.
- Reviewing denied / underpaid claims and taking appropriate action for resolution.
- Documenting all interactions accurately in our system.
- Meeting daily productivity and quality targets.
- Working collaboratively with our billing team to achieve revenue cycle goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 0-3 years of experience in customer recovery, medical billing or revenue cycle management.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Knowledge of the US healthcare process, CPT/ICD codes and insurance policies is an asset.
