Job Title: Contract Manager

Position Overview

A skilled Contracts Manager is sought to lead project documentation and maintain accurate records from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain chronological project documentation for all claim-related matters.
  • Familiarize with the employer's requirements based on Conditions of Contract and project schedule.
  • Identify changes to project scope, schedule, and cost, and notify the employer in a timely manner.
  • Track submitted claims, prepare contractual justification, and substantiate supporting documents.
  • Prepare Contractual replies/requests to the employer for claim approval.
  • Prepare Claim documents and detailed claim statements.
  • Present claims to the Advocate and pursue dispute resolution.
  • Update claim status to RO/HO.
  • Coordinate with the project team and provide necessary inputs.
  • Prepare Comprehensive EOT applications and substantiate with contemporary records.
  • Ensure all claims are substantiated with Contract entitlements.
  • Provide input to the DAAB committee and advocate for arbitration.
  • Meet deadlines without delay and work under pressure.
Requirements:
  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or similar Certification courses.
  • 10-20 years of experience.
  • Good knowledge & experience in standard method of measurements.
  • Sound contracts administration and Management skills.
  • Capable of monitoring Cost control techniques.
  • Good at project Commercial Management skills.
