We are seeking a dedicated Grievance Resolution Specialist to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to make a real impact in maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, logging, and managing all formal grievances and complaints in a fair and timely manner.
You will conduct impartial investigations through interviews, data collection, and documentation, and mediate between parties to reach fair resolutions.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws.
You will also advise employees and management on grievance handling procedures and identify recurring patterns to suggest process or policy improvements.
About the Role:
- Responsibilities include receiving, logging, and managing all formal grievances and complaints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in grievance handling, employee relations, or a similar role
- Strong conflict resolution and investigative skills
- Ability to stay objective and unbiased in sensitive situations
- High levels of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
