Accounts Receivables Team Member

Located in Ballari, India, this role is a part of our BPO segment and involves working with clients to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer inquiries related to billing and payments">
  • Manage and recover outstanding payments from customers">
  • Contact debtors, negotiate payment plans, and resolve disputes">
  • Investigate and address customer concerns related to billing, payments, or account discrepancies">
  • Process customer invoices and reconcile orders to match customer books">
  • Collate remittances for cash application and apply them to the correct invoice">

As an Accounts Receivable professional, you will be responsible for processing customer invoices, reconciling orders to match customer books, and collating remittances for cash application.

In addition, you will need to have 4-8 years of relevant work experience in accounts receivable, end-to-end knowledge in AR, good knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, excellent analytical and communication skills, and high energy, self-motivation, and accountability.
