System Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled System Integration Specialist to join our global team. In this role, you will focus on exchange connectivity and system integration, helping deliver new venue connections, manage migrations, and ensure trading systems support evolving business needs.

This is a critical position that requires strong technical expertise in systems integration, trade lifecycle management, and FIX protocol. You will be responsible for collaborating with internal teams, exchanges, and external vendors to gather requirements and implement seamless integrations.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Taking ownership of order entry and drop copy integration projects from inception to delivery
  • Collaborating with internal teams, exchanges, and external vendors to gather requirements and implement seamless integrations
  • Driving system migrations, platform upgrades, and technology transitions
  • Optimizing workflows, removing bottlenecks, and improving overall operational efficiency
  • Participating in production support, release management, and ensuring system reliability

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in systems integration, ideally with exposure to exchange connectivity
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and experience with FIX protocol
  • Proficiency in Linux environments
  • Experience with C++ or Python is a plus
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of financial markets and asset classes is advantageous
  • Prior experience in hedge funds or investment banks is preferred
