Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our hiring process, oversee office operations, and provide support to our team during client shoots.

  • End-to-end recruitment management: posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes.
  • HR function management: maintaining employee records, coordinating payroll inputs, tracking leaves and attendance, and ensuring smooth HR operations.
  • Office operations management: overseeing day-to-day activities, ensuring a smooth workflow, and coordinating with vendors, freelancers, and external partners when required.
  • Shoot and production support: assisting the creative team during client shoots (scheduling, logistics, coordination), managing props, crew arrangements, and client communication on shoot days.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, Admin, or Operations, preferably in the agency/creative industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment, being proactive, resourceful, and willing to take responsibility across multiple functions.
