Human Resources Development Specialist

As a Human Resources Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR Manager in all aspects of the HR function. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You will be responsible for assisting with recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates through job boards. Additionally, you will support the HR Manager in maintaining employee records and HRIS systems.
Other responsibilities include assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, helping to organize employee engagement activities and events, and supporting performance management processes.
Contribute to various HR projects as needed and ensure a welcoming environment for guests and employees by performing general office administration tasks.
Requirements:
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
- Knowledge of Hindi is important and local language (Kannada) is an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile:
We prefer candidates who stay within 30 minutes of our office while we have great metro connectivity of 3 stations within 2 Kms.
