Overview

As an HR Specialist at GlamSteals, you will take full ownership of talent acquisition and recruitment for our Mumbai office. You will independently manage the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring that our team grows efficiently with the right talent. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized, and highly motivated HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all open positions, from job posting to onboarding.
- Source candidates using multiple channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) and maintain a diverse, qualified talent pipeline.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with GlamSteals culture and requirements.
- Maintain and update job postings on internal and external platforms.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely feedback.
- Implement and improve recruitment strategies, processes, and best practices.
- Assist in developing HR policies and procedures as needed.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employee development, if required.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, or similar role managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems (ATS, HRIS) is a plus.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

- Working Hours: 8:30 AM 4:30 PM IST (On-site)
- Location: GlamSteals, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (Phoenix Market City, Kurla West)
