Conversion Expert

Position: Conversion Expert for UK Higher Education

Location: Delhi/Gurgaon or Remote

Experience Required: 2–5 years of experience in student counselling for the UK.

Industry: Overseas Education / Student Counselling

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Conversion Expert to drive conversions, train counsellors, and ensure effective case management.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Handle offer holders and drive conversions specifically for Russell Group universities.

 • Guide students with accurate and updated information on UK admissions, placements, and scholarship opportunities.

 • Coordinate with counsellors, provide regular training, and ensure they are well-informed about UK higher education trends.

 • Monitor and review team cases related to Russell Group universities.

 • Prepare and present weekly reports on conversion progress to management.

 • Support students throughout their application journey, ensuring high-quality counselling and personalised guidance.

 • Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

 • Strong knowledge of Russell Group universities, programs, and application requirements.

 • Understanding of UK higher education market dynamics, placements, and scholarship opportunities.

 • Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

 • Excellent multitasking, organisational, and time management skills.

 • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).

 • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and team members.
