Become a Business Development Expert

About the Role:

This position involves identifying potential business leads in the USA market through research and prospecting. The ideal candidate will support Business Development and Sales teams by creating a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Use Sales Navigator and other tools to identify, research, and connect with potential clients in logistics and supply chain industries.
  • Maintain a database of qualified leads with accurate contact and company information.
  • Send personalized connection requests and introductory messages to prospects.
  • Track and manage conversations with prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Sales teams to align prospecting strategies with company goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities within U.S. logistics and freight forwarding spaces.
  • Prepare and share weekly and monthly reports on prospecting activities, lead generation metrics, and conversion rates.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field is preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, prospecting, or sales support (freshers with strong knowledge can apply).
  • Familiarity with Sales Navigator and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently during U.S. night hours.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational, and research skills.
  • Enthusiasm, proactivity, and eagerness to learn about logistics industry.
