Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Solutions Expert to oversee the development and optimization of our WordPress-based websites.

This is a fully remote position requiring availability for regular meetings during business hours. Your success will be measured against key performance indicators, specifically monthly conversion rate goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement new websites using WordPress templates.
  • Develop and manage custom plugins and advanced WooCommerce features.
  • Implement international website functionality including geo-location, multi-currency, and multi-language capabilities.
  • Lead conversion rate optimization strategies across all sites.
  • Design and run A/B split tests analyzing results and implementing improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and data teams to maximize ROI.
  • Continuously improve technical performance, SEO, and user experience.
Requirements
  • Expert-level skills in WordPress customization including themes, plugins, hooks, and filters.
  • Strong knowledge of WooCommerce management, optimization, and scaling.
  • Hands-on experience in CRO strategy, A/B testing, and analytics tracking.
  • Skilled in front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for WordPress.
  • Proven track record of increasing conversion rates.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver measurable outcomes.
