We are seeking an accomplished CDP Chef/DCDP Chef to lead our culinary team at Ryss Consultants LLP.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes, managing the kitchen staff, and ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes using traditional techniques and modern flavor profiles
- Supervise and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment that meets health and safety standards
- Collaborate with other departments to develop menus and promote the company's brand
- Monitor inventory and manage supplies to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and equipment
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that encourages teamwork and innovation
Requirements
- 4-9 years of experience as a CDP Chef/DCDP Chef in a fast-paced, high-end kitchen environment
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field from a reputable institution
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation styles
- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide team members
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
