Job Opportunity
We are seeking a results-driven professional with experience in pioneering business growth and development within the IT services domain.
About the Role:
- Business Development Lead:
- Pursue market research, social media analysis, events, and referrals to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Build a pipeline of leads and convert them into qualified prospects through strategic outreach efforts.
- Drive new customer acquisition through targeted outbound initiatives – emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn engagement.
- Nurture relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and influencers to showcase our services.
- Pipeline Management:
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to understand service offerings and develop customized solutions.
- Create tailored proposals, RFP/RFI responses, pitch decks, and solution documents to meet client needs.
- Coordinate and participate in client calls, demos, and follow-ups to deliver exceptional service.
- Conduct thorough competitive analysis to position our offerings effectively in the market.
- Alignment & Representation:
- Liaise with the marketing team to support lead-gen campaigns, webinars, and content strategy.
- Maintain accurate CRM entries and reports related to sales activities.
- Represent our organization at industry events and conferences to establish thought leadership.
Necessary Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable institution.
- 3–7 years of experience in IT services sales, presales, or BDM roles, preferably with a proven track record of lead generation and sales target achievement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, MS Office, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM is highly valued.
- A solid understanding of SDLC, QA services, and software testing is an added advantage.
Preferred Attributes:
- Prior experience working in QA/Testing services or IT consulting firms, particularly with international exposure.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic, result-oriented setting while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Experience in international markets (US, UK, Europe) is strongly preferred.
