Project Director Role

Objective: To lead projects and drive business growth through strategic planning, resource allocation, and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including sponsors, customers, and team members.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on the business.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a Global Capability Center (GCC) or similar environment.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Global Capability Center functions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Planview, JIRA, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, global team environment.
