Project Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and manage project scope and change management processes. The ideal candidate will have 7-11 years of experience and a strong background in Life Sciences or similar fields.

This position requires an individual who can oversee schedule management, implement risk and crisis management strategies, ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Defining and enforcing change control procedures and scope validation to manage project alterations
  2. Developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules adjusting timelines as necessary
  3. Identifying assessing and managing project risks and crises proactively
  4. Establishing and maintaining project governance structures including compliance and audit readiness
  5. Leading Scrum ceremonies and ensuring Scrum principles are followed effectively
  6. Coordinating with stakeholders to manage expectations and communicate project status
  7. Driving alignment between project goals and organizational strategy
  8. Mentorship and coaching team members on best practices in project and Scrum management

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field
  • At least 7-11 years of experience in project management
  • Strong knowledge of project governance frameworks and risk management strategies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
