The Opportunity:

  • Drive growth across Europe, the US, and the Middle East by owning pre-sales workflows – prospecting, outreach, meeting orchestration, and sales intelligence.
  • Shape collateral and processes to support our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build pipeline by creating qualified prospect lists using databases, web research, and other tools.
  • Track news and developments at priority accounts to identify timely opportunities.
  • Maintain clean, current records in our lead database/CRM.
  • Run outreach by executing email campaigns to secure calls/meetings.
  • Orchestrate meetings by scheduling with prospects and ensuring pre-reads are in place.
  • Prepare rigorously by compiling contact bios, company primers, recent developments, and our capability overviews.
  • Support pitches by profiling prospects and mapping our offerings to needs.
  • Maintain and disseminate sales collateral.
  • Identify relevant conferences and manage end-to-end preparation for events.
  • Drive lead generation via sales-intelligence platforms and CRM application tools.

Scope to Grow:

  • Contribute strategic ideas to improve pre-sales and BD processes.
  • Mentor junior team members over time.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in pre-sales or a related B2B role; European/US market experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree with upper-quartile academic performance.
  • Demonstrated top-decile performance in prior roles.
