Client Partnership Opportunities

We are seeking an accomplished Client Engagement Partner to forge and nurture pivotal relationships with key enterprise clients.

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of high-value clients, providing tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Lead executive-level discussions, aligning client objectives with strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client strategies, challenges, and technical environments to drive successful adoption of our solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Identify opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion, leveraging market insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Translate client feedback into actionable improvements in products and services, ensuring continuous quality enhancement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships, with a strong ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Salesforce and Zoho, with experience in data-driven engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA is an advantage.
