Are you looking for a role that combines travel expertise with customer service skills? As a Travel Advisor, you will be part of a team that helps customers navigate the world of travel.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in booking their trips, including flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all details are accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities
  1. You will use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to action Passenger Name Records (PNRs), issue refunds, book air tickets, drive hotel and car invoices, and more.
  2. A strong knowledge of GDS – Sabre is essential, as well as the ability to read and articulate fare rules, and ticket bookings.
  3. You will interpret fare rules in GDS, fare sheets, and apply them while issuing tickets.
  4. To meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements, you must act on PNRs efficiently.
  5. Developing a thorough understanding of the travel industry is crucial to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  6. Be result-driven and resolve queries from customers in a timely manner.
  7. Maintain self-starting and quick-learning skills with multitasking abilities.
Requirements
  • A degree or diploma in a related field and 2-3 years of experience in the travel industry.
  • Maintain high productivity and excellent quality in work.
  • Consistently exceed customer expectations while ensuring effective teamwork.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and time management skills.
  • Able to work in a flexible environment with 24/7 knowledge and adaptability.
