Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee site operations in the Hyderabad region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless task execution and effective management of cross-functional teams.

  • Accounting Expertise: You should possess a strong understanding of all accounting entries and ledger reconciliation.
  • Oracle Proficiency: Familiarity with Oracle is essential for this role.
  • Cost Optimization: Suggestions for cost reduction and correction in line with agreements are welcome.
  • Business Performance Analysis: Analyze business performance on a monthly basis in terms of cost efficiency.
  • Cost Variance Analysis: Perform cost optimization and variance analysis for business planning and reporting.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish necessary analytics to monitor performance against budgets.
  • Dispute Resolution: Track and close out disputes, validating CN/DN.
  • Partner Governance: Partner governance and closing out issues.
  • Open PO Reconciliation: Resolve open PO reconciliations with users.
  • MSA Compliance: Resolve circle issues related to MSA, billing disputes. Close out disputes centrally with ToCo partners.
  • WoW Agenda: Lead and drive WoW (War on waste) agenda with Circle & Center team.
  • Bill Approval: Approve and validate bills for ToCo partners.
Key Responsibilities:

Statutory Compliance: Ensure statutory/other compliance for your own site.

Agreement Renewal: Manage agreement renewal and vendor management of existing sites.

Site Acquisition: Acquire lean or low-rental sites and stores.

Rent Reduction: Reduce rent for existing sites and stores, including LLR.

New Site Delivery: Deliver new sites against targets.

Site Upgradation: Support existing site upgradation.

Home Passes: Harvest home passes early.
