About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Operations Manager who can lead our end-to-end HR operations across multiple sites and corporate locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of senior HR leaders and overseeing the implementation and governance of HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive HR operational efficiency and excellence
  • Manage and mentor Site HR Heads and Corporate HR teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
  • Lead Employee Life Cycle Management, including onboarding, transfers, exits, and documentation
  • Strengthen and scale HRIS systems, workflows, and reporting mechanisms to enhance employee experience and productivity
  • Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across all HR functions and provide guidance to employees
  • Act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders including senior leadership and business heads to communicate HR strategies and initiatives
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion

Requirements:

  • MBA in HR or related field from a top-tier institution
  • At least 20 years of progressive experience in HR Operations within large organizations
