Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Overview:

TankhaPay is a comprehensive HR tech platform designed for organizations of all sizes. We facilitate end-to-end workforce management, including employee onboarding, attendance, payroll processing, performance evaluation, statutory compliance, and reporting.

Role Description:

This full-time on-site role is for a Human Resources Manager located in New Delhi.

The successful candidate will lead and manage our day-to-day HR operations, overseeing the full cycle of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

Additionally, they will drive training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.

They must also administer payroll, benefits, and HR policies while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Furthermore, they will maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

Providing guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, practices, and labor law compliance is another key responsibility.

Supporting organizational growth by fostering a positive workplace culture and employee engagement is crucial for this role.

Finally, they must leverage HR technology platforms to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources management.
  • Strong expertise in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance management.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS/HR technology platforms is a plus.
