Job Title: Site Project ManagerAbout the Role:

The Site Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare site plans and specifications to ensure smooth execution of construction projects.
  • Inspect construction sites to verify adherence to design, project specifications, and safety codes.
  • Direct or perform surveys and measurements to guarantee accuracy.
  • Estimate costs and prepare budgets to optimize project financials.
  • Plan and coordinate construction activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Work with architects, consultants, and contractors on project estimations and designs.
  • Perform geotechnical analysis and conduct soil tests for structural foundations.
  • Report work progress and budget matters to senior management.
  • Ensure materials and workmanship meet project Quality Standards and Design requirements.
  • Address problems that arise during construction and implement solutions.
  • Verify that projects comply with all building and safety codes.
