We are seeking an accomplished IT leader to drive technology excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a strategic mindset to manage end-to-end IT operations and technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage IT operations, including implementation, integration, support, and upgrades of ERP systems.
  • Oversee servers, networks, cloud environments, and end-user systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Develop and enforce information security protocols to protect data integrity and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business requirements and deliver effective technology solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals to foster a high-performing and innovative work culture.
  • Monitor and control IT budgets, vendor relationships, and service level agreements (SLAs).

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and 15-18 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in ERP management, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and information security standards.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and cross-functional teams with a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
