Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role that involves contacting potential clients over the phone, managing inquiries, and providing information about our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contacting potential clients over the phone to discuss their needs and provide information about our services.
  • Managing inquiries and responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining updated client databases and following up on leads to ensure maximum conversion rates.
  • Handling outbound and inbound calls, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Supporting the sales team by setting appointments and coordinating communication between clients and architects/interior designers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong verbal communication and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Ability to handle multiple phone calls and manage time efficiently.
  • Experience with customer service and maintaining client relationships.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and updating client information.
  • Basic knowledge of architecture and interior design is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Additional qualifications in sales or customer service are advantageous.
