Lead Analytics Efforts as a Senior Data Scientist.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead our analytics efforts and drive business growth through data-driven insights. With 8-12 years of overall analytics experience and 7+ years in machine learning/data science, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics strategies to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute advanced analytics strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop tailored analytics solutions
  • Provide data-driven insights to stakeholders and senior leadership to inform strategic decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of data analytics tools and technologies, including Python, SQL, and visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau
  • Hands-on experience with structured and unstructured data using classification, regression, unsupervised, NLP techniques
  • Ability to work with multiple sectors, including Healthcare, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and E-Commerce

Additional Requirements:

  • Familiarity with machine learning methods, including decision trees, support vector machines, Naïve Bayes, KNN, and unsupervised learning techniques like PCA, Clustering
  • Knowledge of text mining, including text categorization, concept/entity extraction, sentiment analysis, and document summarization
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI is a bonus
