Main Responsibilities
  • We're seeking a seasoned expert in ServiceNow ITAM(SAM) solutions who can collaborate with our team to design, implement, and optimize our clients' service management processes.
  • This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as extensive experience in third-party integration using REST, SOAP, and other methods.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions, specifically Sales and Order Management process.
  • Good understanding of SOM module configuration and customization.
  • Experience with Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Order and Quote management modules.
  • Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow core platform, security, performance, and compliance.
