Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional with expertise in ServiceNow OTM platform to join our team as a Solution Consultant. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring ServiceNow OTM solutions for our clients.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of ServiceNow OTM architecture and configuration, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell and knowledge of database architecture would be beneficial.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure ServiceNow OTM solutions for clients
  • Develop and maintain CMDB data alignment and automated data population processes
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow OTM configurations
  • Collaborate with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions
  • Develop training materials and train stakeholders on new processes and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide environments
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in the IT industry
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow OTM architecture and configuration
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell
  • Knowledge of database architecture
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, DMZ zones, public/private/hybrid cloud environments, and industrial control systems
