Job Title: ServiceNow- OTM Solution Consultant

The role of a ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant involves implementing and configuring the ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) platform, with a focus on Operational Technology (OT).

As a ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for working closely with project stakeholders to ensure technically feasible solutions are implemented. Your tasks will include identifying issues, gathering data, analyzing, and presenting solutions.

  • Implementing Midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC) is essential.
  • You should have a good understanding of networking concepts, DMZ zones, public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
  • A basic understanding of industrial control systems and OT network functions, as well as the Purdue Model architecture, is necessary.
  • Prior experience in implementing OT Visibility and OT Asset Management & OT Service Management modules in ServiceNow is desirable.
  • You should be familiar with Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations and Power/Shell scripting.
  • Moderate knowledge of database level architecture and SQL query writing is required.
  • Scripting automated processes using business rules, script actions, and other tools is expected.
  • Configuration and enhancements capability on the ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM modular platform is crucial.
  • Develop ServiceNow ITOM configuration, including CMDB Data alignment & automated data population, data import, etc.
  • Document every development, configuration, and technical detail, and prepare training material for projects.
  • Implementing the CSDM framework for Operational Technology and end-to-end data alignment process documentation, including CMDB & CSDM processes and procedures, is beneficial.
  • Develop training material and train necessary stakeholders on new processes and procedures.
  • Help identify issues, gather data, analyze, and present solutions.

Represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.
