Job Description

As a ServiceNow IRM/GRC Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes. You will be responsible for customizing and configuring ServiceNow GRC modules to meet business requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing ServiceNow solutions for GRC processes
  • Customizing and configuring ServiceNow GRC modules
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and reports
  • Implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other systems and applications
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules. Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, 2+ years of experience in IRM/GRC module
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript(Classic UI and Workspace), Glide, and Jelly
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools, including Studio and Flow Designer
  • Good experience in UI Builder and configuration in Workspaces
  • Experience with Patching and Upgrade for IRM modules with understanding of latest updates of GRC/IRM module in store and release notes
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow integration methods, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Certifications - CIS - ITSM and CIS - R&C Certification
