We are seeking an experienced cloud database professional to lead SQL Server upgrades, Always On Availability Groups, and migrations.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in upgrading, migrating, and maintaining mission-critical databases to ensure performance, availability, security, and scalability.

  • Lead cloud database migration projects
  • Design and manage Always On Availability Groups (HA/DR)
  • Migrate databases to cloud environments with minimal downtime
  • Monitor and optimize database performance
  • Perform regular backups, restores, and disaster recovery testing
  • Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a cloud database professional in enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of Always On Availability Groups and other HA/DR solutions is essential. Proficiency in T-SQL development, performance tuning, and query optimization is also required.

Solid understanding of backup/recovery strategies and database security is necessary. Familiarity with automation tools for database administration is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills are essential for success in this role.
