About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and distribution.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the assigned territory.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and customers.
  • Providing training and support to distributor salesmen and logistics staff.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in sales and distribution.
  • Strong negotiation, market knowledge, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Post-graduation (MBA/PGDM) in Marketing or Sales Management.
