Construction Project Director

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Director to lead our Construction and Project Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled professional to join Ascentis Group, a leading international project management firm.
As a seasoned Construction Project Director, you will have a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from feasibility to commissioning. Your expertise in programme management, cost management, site management, design coordination, contract and commercial management, change management, and quality control will be instrumental in driving our projects forward.
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in construction management, project control, cost management, and coordination, with a minimum of 7 years in a Construction Manager capacity. You should have completed at least two hotel projects and have exposure to working with large construction and project management organizations.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package. If you are a motivated and results-driven professional looking for a new challenge, please apply.
- Manage programmes, schedules, and budgets for large-scale construction projects;
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely completion and within budget;
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives;

- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure transparency and accountability;
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements;
