Role Overview

As a Client Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for delivering Banking-as-a-Service solutions to enterprise clients, ensuring seamless project execution within scope, timeline, and quality standards.

  • Lead client discovery sessions to identify business requirements and technical needs, crafting delivery plans that cover integrations, deployment models, and compliance requirements.
  • Develop and oversee solution design and platform assessments, focusing on scalability, security, and regulatory alignment.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver implementations, ensuring a smooth experience for clients and driving project governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Support client integration, testing, and go-live activities, providing guidance on best practices for infrastructure, automation, and security.
  • Document reusable patterns and contribute to process improvement initiatives, aligning with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 4–7 years of experience in fintech, banking, or technology delivery roles, with a strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi).
  • Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders, with a focus on stakeholder management and relationship building.
