We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Leader to join our team in Bangalore, India.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled Technical Lead who can drive excellence within our engineering teams.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in developing solutions deployed in the cloud, with a good understanding of full stack development and object-oriented design.

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in developing first-class .Net services for one of our largest projects.

You will work closely with other engineering leads and teams to ensure that we are delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with other engineering leads and teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Support the technical direction and enhancements for microservices written in .Net
  • Mentor and support career growth of direct reports
  • Manage performance within the team
  • Design and build new microservices and bring them to production quickly

Capabilities and Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience with .net and C#
  • Deep knowledge of object-oriented design
  • Knowledge and experience working with Restful services
  • 3+ years of experience managing development of a software application as a Technical Lead

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience contributing to the architecture and design of new and current systems
  • Knowledge and experience developing on a Microservices architecture

Essential Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of object-oriented design
  • Strong foundation in developing solutions deployed in the cloud
  • Good understanding of full stack development
