We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our software engineering initiatives.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, and desktop application development, as well as proficiency in PLC programming and LabVIEW.

Strong systems thinking is essential for unifying hardware, software, and operational technologies.

This role requires the ability to lead initiatives that integrate software solutions with design engineering and assembly line systems.

A strong track record of leading software teams in industrial automation or precision manufacturing environments is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Standardization : Develop and enforce best practices for software development, architecture, and lifecycle management across the organization.
  • Hardware-Software Integration : Create robust processes for seamless integration of embedded systems, PLCs, and industrial hardware with software platforms.
  • End-to-End System Integration : Lead the development of software solutions that integrate seamlessly with design engineering and assembly line systems.
  • Full Stack Development : Provide technical leadership in full stack development for both frontend and backend applications.
  • Technical Leadership : Apply strong fundamentals in C#, .NET, and PLC to architect, test, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain critical software systems.
  • Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing software development team.
