Lead Technology Visionary

We are seeking a seasoned IT leader to serve as the head of technology for our prominent domestic hotel brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support core hospitality applications (PMS, POS, CRM, HRMS, Finance) ensuring seamless integration between property-level and enterprise systems.
  • Partner with business functions to ensure technology adoption improves guest experience, service consistency, and revenue processes.
  • Oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure across 60+ Properties ensuring network reliability and uptime.
  • Implement cybersecurity and compliance frameworks maintaining and testing business continuity and disaster recovery protocols.
  • Lead the execution of IT projects (new rollouts, upgrades, integrations) ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery translating operational needs into IT deliverables.
  • Ensure ROI measurement and reporting on IT initiatives managing relationships with vendors and system integrators tracking performance against SLAs.
  • Support the evaluation of new solutions and pilots lead a team of 6–8 IT professionals ensuring service orientation, performance, and growth.
  • Foster a collaborative culture that ensures smooth adoption of technology solutions execute guest-facing digital initiatives leveraging analytics to provide actionable operational insights.
  • Champion green IT practices at the operational level leveraging cloud adoption paperless workflows energy-efficient solutions.
