Job Title: Business Development Manager

The primary responsibility of a Business Development Manager is to foster and maintain relationships with high net worth clients, delivering exceptional service standards and establishing strong ties through personalized financial planning.

  • Develop and implement tailored investment strategies to meet the evolving needs of affluent and super affluent clients, advising on various asset classes and providing expert guidance on market trends.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, generating assets under management (AUM) through mutual funds, PMS, and structured products, while continuously tracking the Affluent & Super Affluent Client segment in the market for new client acquisition opportunities.

Fundamental Responsibilities:

  • To research, investigate, and update knowledge on available investment opportunities and financial market trends to determine their suitability for client portfolios.
  • To coordinate with product and research teams to make informed investment decisions for clients.
  • To conduct and assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and business development activities to drive growth and expansion.

Prior Experience:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of stability in previous companies, demonstrating a strong track record of achieving targets and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Experience working in Private Banks/Wealth Management set-ups, with expertise in selling products such as mutual funds, PMS, and structured products.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle and manage clients with a minimum investment amount of Rs. 1 Cr and above, showcasing excellent analytical skills and team collaboration.
