We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist to drive maximum donations and achieve fundraising targets. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Campaigns: Create and execute data-driven Google Ads strategies that maximize donations and meet campaign goals.
  • Conduct Keyword Research and Audience Targeting: Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to ensure continuous campaign improvement and growth.
  • Track and Analyze Campaign Performance: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for growth and optimization.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with the creative and fundraising teams to align ads with campaign goals and donor psychology.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay updated on Google Ads policies, digital marketing trends, and crowdfunding strategies to ensure maximum impact.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if experienced).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in crowdfunding and performance marketing in Indian market.
  • Skills: Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and hands-on experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and analytics tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently in a remote setup and deliver results under strict timelines.
Key Metrics for Success
  • Achieve ROAS of 2+: Achieve and maintain return on ad spend (ROAS) of 2+ across campaigns.
  • Steady Growth: Steady growth in donation volumes and donor base.
