Derivatives Trader Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage firm capital using systematic, semi-systematic, or high-performing discretionary strategies across various commodity markets.

  • Generate consistent positive cash flow with strict risk discipline.
  • Maintain risk exposure within predetermined firm parameters through effective portfolio and risk management.
  • Continuously analyze and adjust trading strategies based on market conditions and real-time performance data.
  • Develop and implement new trading strategies for opportunities in strategy development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 1+ years of buy-side trading experience in futures at a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, or family office.
  • Proven track record of managing profitable trading strategies with risk-adjusted returns.
  • Strong understanding of risk controls, money management, order management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Full accountability for trading decision-making, profit and loss, and drawdowns.
  • Adaptability to different markets with the ability to trade contracts with various underlying assets.
