Learning and Development Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Learning and Development Professional to join our team.

  • Deliver high-impact training sessions across locations, ensuring seamless execution and effective knowledge transfer.
  • Lead end-to-end learning programs with clear objectives and trackable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Coach, mentor, and develop trainers for consistent delivery, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Consolidate training data, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Engage stakeholders, align programs strategically, and mitigate risks, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Lead a team of Learning and Development professionals to delegate tasks and achieve annual goals.
  • Develop, design, and deliver new training modules that address emerging business needs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 8-10 years' experience in Learning and Development or Human Resources, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong facilitation, program management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • The ability to inspire, coach, and drive continuous improvement within the team.
