Job Title: Corporate Learning & Development Professional

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics of training sessions, webinars, and workshops, including scheduling, invitations, registrations, technical support, and post-session recordings.
- Create, maintain, and analyze participant data, feedback surveys, and training reports to measure program effectiveness.
- Draft professional communications, reminders, and follow-ups with learners to ensure active participation and engagement.
- Assist in preparing training decks, handouts, and resource materials aligned with organizational objectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of training operations by streamlining workflows and adopting best practices.

Learning Outcomes & Career Growth
- Gain practical exposure to training delivery platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Workspace).
- Develop proficiency in data reporting, survey tools, and learning analytics.
- Establish a strong foundation in corporate training, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Pursue opportunities to progress into specialized roles such as L&D Analyst, Training Coordinator, HR Business Partner, or Learning Technology Specialist.
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or related fields preferred) or a master's degree is an asset.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides), Zoom/Teams, and online survey tools.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and pay close attention to detail.
